Shipping, Delivery & Provisioning Policy

Digital services only

borocode sells online software services. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed. Everything is delivered to the account you used at checkout.

Web Data Extraction & Automation

Once Cashfree confirms your payment, the plan is activated on your account automatically, usually within a minute. You can then create an API key from the dashboard and start making requests. Within 2 business days we email you an invitation to a private GitHub repository containing the automation code for your plan; that code runs on your borocode API key. If the bank or network delays confirmation, activation can take longer; check Billing first, then contact support with the order ID if it has not activated within 24 hours.

Managed frontend and backend hosting: within 2 business days

borocode does not own data centres or physical servers. We set up and manage your hosting on third-party cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud or Cloudflare. After payment we provision the resources listed on the pricing page within 2 business days and share access details by email. Contact support before paying if you need a specific provider or region. If we cannot provide the hosting you paid for, you get a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For a delayed activation or hosting setup, contact support using the details below. Include your account email and the order ID. Never send passwords, API keys or full payment details.
